  • GFcrew/Pro is a full-fledged event photo management platform designed for scale. It enables you to run large tournaments with multiple photographers across many fields, while supporting online sales and on-site printing. It brings together the capabilities of a customer relationship management (CRM) system, point-of-sale (POS), e-commerce platform, and photo delivery & fulfillment solution.
  • GFcrew/Lite is built on the same powerful foundation, but streamlined for individual photographers covering single-game events with a smaller number of players.
What will it cost?

  • Sessions under $100 → $5 per session + Stripe CC fee

  • Sessions $100+ → 5% per session + Stripe CC fee

Will there be a print store?

No. GFcrew/LITE is focused on digital-only delivery.

Will there be a connection to a print lab?

No. There are no plans to connect GFcrew/LITE to a print lab.

What happens if I don’t connect my Stripe account right away?

You’ll need to connect Stripe before you can access your account.

What hardware or software will I need?

GFcrew/LITE works with the same devices you use today. Just download the desktop uploader (Mac or Windows) for uploading photos.
