Bouhall set to compete in MLL Championship Weekend

DENVER, Colo. – After making his Major League Lacrosse debut for the Atlanta Blaze in July, recent Lehigh men’s lacrosse graduate Eddie Bouhall his been a mainstay in the lineup and this weekend, will compete in the MLL Championship Weekend at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, Colorado. On Friday, Bouhall and the fourth-seeded Blaze will face the top-seeded Chesapeake Bayhawks. With a win, Atlanta would advance to Sunday’s championship game and face either the second-seeded Denver Outlaws or third-seeded Boston Cannons.
 
Friday’s game can be seen live on ESPNNews at 7 p.m. ET followed by Denver against Boston at 10 p.m. ET. Atlanta enters with an 8-8 record while Chesapeake is 10-6. Sunday’s title game is set for 1 p.m. ET on ESPN2.
 
Bouhall made his MLL debut on July 20 at Boston. Bouhall finished with a groundball and caused turnover in that game, a 15-12 win. In total, Bouhall has played in eight games, dishing an assist while adding 15 groundballs and eight caused turnovers.
 
Bouhall finished his injury-shorted senior season at Lehigh with 20 groundballs and 11 caused turnovers in seven games (all starts). He was a second team All-Patriot League honoree as a junior when he posted 41 groundballs and 24 caused turnovers. Bouhall currently stands fifth in program history with 62 career caused turnovers. He was a sixth-round selection in the 2019 Major League Lacrosse Collegiate Draft.
