When you use any of our websites or application services (the Services), we appreciate and understand that you are trusting us with your personal information. We take your privacy seriously. We may need to process your data or share your personal information in the following situations:

  • Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
  • Affiliates: We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include (as may be applicable) a parent company or any subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.
  • Business Partners: We may share your information with our business partners to offer you certain products, services, or promotions.
  • Other Users: When you share personal information or otherwise interact with public or organizational areas of our Site, such personal information may be viewed by other users and may be publicly made available outside our Site in perpetuity. 3. Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information. Please contact us using the contact information provided below if you would like to learn more about how our Site uses cookies and other tracking technologies.

4. How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?

In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.

Our Site may provide you the ability to register and login using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or Twitter logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, friends list, profile picture as well as other information you choose to make public on such social media platform.

We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this Privacy Policy or that are otherwise made clear by use of our Site. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. We recommend that you review their Privacy Policy to understand how they collect, use, and share your personal information, and how you can set your privacy preferences on their sites and apps.

5. Is Your Information Transferred Internationally?

In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.

Our servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing our application from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our servers and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information (see Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone? above).

6. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

7. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

In Short: You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.

Account Information

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, please email us using the contact information provided below.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

Opting out of email marketing

As may be applicable, you can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list — however, we may still communicate with you, for example to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.

8. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we may not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice via a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

9. Do California Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?

In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with us, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on our Site. To request removal of such data, please contact us using the contact information provided below, and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on our Site, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all our systems (e.g. backups, etc.).

Please Note: Concurrent with the publication of this Privacy Policy, other states within the United States, such as Virginia, Colorado, and Utah, are adopting privacy laws and promulgating associated privacy regulations. If you live in a state or other jurisdiction that has adopted privacy laws and regulations similar to California, including without limitation any country within the European Union, we are also committed to fully abiding by such laws and regulations and to protecting your privacy rights. This Privacy Policy will be updated from time to time as our Site grows and as these privacy laws continue to change or otherwise begin to apply to our Site as our userbase expands.

10. Do We Make Updates to This Notice?

In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible on our website. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information. 14. Use of Google User Data (Google APIs)

In Short: With your explicit consent, our application connects to your Google account to let you select a Google Drive folder and read/write player information in Google Sheets you choose. We request only the minimum scopes necessary to provide these features and we comply with Google’s Limited Use requirements.

What we access

  • Google Drive (read/write, limited to the files):
We request https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file to let you open files in Google Drive from our app. This scope only grants access to file(s) you explicitly select in the Google Picker.
  • Google Sheets (read/write, only the sheets you select):
We request https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets so we can read rows and write updates to your selected spreadsheet(s). While this scope technically permits access to all Sheets in your account, our app only uses it for the specific spreadsheet(s) you select through the Picker.

How we use Google data

  • To let you choose a Google Sheet with the Google Picker.
  • To load player data from the selected Google Sheet.
  • To write changes (e.g., player data edits) back to the selected Google Sheet when you save.

Data minimization & storage

  • We request only the two scopes described above and only access the specific file(s) you choose.
  • Although the Sheets scope is broad, we restrict its use to the file(s) you select.
  • We only store the identifiers necessary to remember your selected Google Sheet. Data is stored in a local secure database.
  • We never copy or store the full contents of your Google Drive or Sheets, except as needed to perform your requested actions.

Google User Data Handling

When you connect your Google account, our application only accesses the specific files you select (such as a Google Sheet). We do not have access to your entire Google Drive.

      • What we store: We only keep the file ID and minimal configuration information needed to re-open the selected file.
      • How we access it: All communication with Google API is performed over HTTPS/TLS secure communication.
      • How we protect it: File IDs are stored securely on your device in an encrypted database. OAuth tokens used to access your files are stored only in your operating system’s secure storage (e.g., macOS Keychain, Windows Credential Locker).
      • How we use it: This information is used only to allow you to access and update the Google Sheets you have chosen inside the app.
      • When access is removed: If you disconnect your Google account or revoke access, we delete any unnecessary stored data immediately.
      • No sharing: We never share your Google data with third parties.

Sharing & transfers

We do not sell or transfer Google user data to third parties. We only share Google user data as necessary to operate the Services (for example, to our processors under contract) or to comply with law, as further described in Section 2 of this Privacy Policy.

Compliance with Google’s Limited Use Policy

Our use of Google user data complies with Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use restrictions. Learn more here: Google API Services User Data Policy – Limited Use.

Revoking access

You can disconnect Google at any time in our app’s settings. You can also revoke our access directly in your Google Account by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing our app.

Retention & deletion

We retain Google-related configuration (such as selected folder or sheet IDs) only as long as needed to operate your account and the Services. Upon disconnection or account closure, we delete or anonymize Google-related data in accordance with Section 6 of this Privacy Policy. You may also contact us (see Section 11) to request deletion.

Changes to this section

We may update this section if our Google integrations or scopes change. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
